Shipping policy

Shipment returned to sender does not qualify as unfulfilled. Please make sure that the correct address is given before submitting your purchase. Tutu Fit Apparel is not responsible for the delay in shipment being returned, or if package is lost/stolen in the process. Refunds will not be issued in this event. Typically the packages will take 3-4 weeks to return back to our warehouse where we will resend the items back out. We will notify you when items have been received, where you will be responsible for shipping costs.
